I received the Asus 1005HA net book 1 week ago. I am completely satisfied with it. It is everything it was hyped up to be. After getting rid of the bloatware I installed MS Office, using a small portable external CD/DVD drive. I then upgraded the ram to 2 gigs.

There is an application on the Asus website that allows you to change the wallpaper on Windows7 Starter. It is called System Setting Start-Up that allows you to use your own pictures as wallpaper.

This is an early review, i’ve had the netbook for about 2 days and all is working well. it did take a while to setup when i first turned it on but i guess that’s normal. i ordered the 2 gigs of memory because i don’t feel it going as fast as it should. i gave it 4 stars because i can’t figure out how to scroll down or up using the touch pad and it’s frustraiting me at this point. but other then that it’s a fine pc. i can’t really find any limits besides being unable to change wallpaper or themes in the windows 7 starter edition.
